Scheduled
From midnight AEDT, network engineers will be upgrading core routing and switching devices that support our Sydney Equinix SY4 network. This work is required to increase network capacity, support additional upstream carriers and maintain the ongoing reliability of the Intergrid network.

To minimise impact to services, the work will be completed on one core device at a time. During the maintenance window, services delivered from our Sydney network (including baremetal servers, cloud servers, colocation and IP transit) may be inaccessible or degraded for up to four periods of approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Intercapital backhaul links that traverse Sydney between our other datacentres may also be impacted.

Further updates will be published via our network status page during the maintenance window.

If you have any questions regarding this maintenance, please contact our Service Desk at support@intergrid.com.au.
